"Overall, this was my first CGUC and I was very impressed. It was a nice blend of software and training and then trends in the philanthropic sector. I appreciate that and makes it more attractive to attend. I appreciated being able to sit down with Pete Karns (separate meeting) and Mark Layden at lunch. It was wonderful to see CG interact and take suggestions from their clients."

We’ll help Arnaud’s celebrate their centennial birthday CyberGrants style! Arnaud’s in the New Orleans’ French Quarter has been serving upscale Creole cuisine since 1918. We’ll sample local fare and take a private tour of their Mardi Gras Museum Gallery, featuring dozens of lavish Mardi Gras costumes. Count on a few surprises too!

"My brand loyalty was significantly enhanced by this conference!"

"I very much appreciate the efforts that went into making the event happen."

"I enjoy the balance between CG speakers, outside speakers and client speakers. I enjoy the presentation of what is coming down the pike a lot! I also enjoy that there is a balance between work and seeing the city and doing networking/fun things - I like make the connections to other clients so I feel you have found a good balance and put on a great conference!"

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the recommended conference attire?

Business casual is suggested, but feel free to wear what’s comfortable for you!

Will I need to rent a car?

The Hotel Monteleone is located 15 miles from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY). You will not need a car once you arrive at the hotel, so it’s probably easiest to cab from the airport.

Where should I stay? When do I need to book my hotel?

The conference sessions will take place at the Hotel Monteleone. We have secured a reduced room rate which you can access at Hotel Monteleone. Our special group rate is $179/night plus tax (available Tuesday – Thursday, June 19-21).

This rate is also offered three days prior to conference, pending availability.

To book pre or post nights, please contact the Hotel’s reservation department so an agent can check availability. (800) 535-9595

Please book by Thursday, May 24 to guarantee your room and rate.

What does the conference registration fee include?

Conference registration includes all sessions, meals and transportation to the Wednesday outings and Thursday evening event.

When does registration close?

Registration closes at midnight on Monday, June 4. This will allow us two weeks to finalize logistics, transportation, meals, etc.

What’s the weather like in New Orleans in June?

Hazy, hot and humid! Typical daytime temperature is in the low 90s, “cooling off” to the low 70s at night. Dress for the weather, and we’ll have plenty of cool drinks on hand!

Will my CyberGrants team be present?

While some members of the CyberGrants team will be back in Andover working hard to make incredible happen, many CyberGrants team members will be attending CGUC.

Do I need to choose my sessions now?

We will be sending out a survey closer to the conference to get head counts for the Wednesday afternoon activities and evening reception. We will also ask which sessions you’re most interested in attending, but final selections can be a “game day decision”.

Who should I inform if I have food allergies, dietary restrictions, or accessibility needs?

Please contact Liz Bardetti who can help make arrangements to meet your needs.
